Johnny Depp's dogs in quarantine luxury

Johnny Depp's two Yorkshire terriers have been quarantined in the luxury surrounds of retired motorbike champion Mick Doohan's sprawling Gold Coast mansion, the Department of Agriculture has confirmed.



Pistol and Boo found themselves at the centre of an Australian customs imbroglio on Thursday, when it was revealed their Hollywood superstar owner slipped into the country by private jet without declaring they were on board.Agriculture Minister Barnaby Joyce came out swinging, declaring Hollywood celebrities, even those twice voted the sexiest man alive, were not above the country's strict quarantine laws.



Mr Joyce publicly issued Depp with a 50 hour deadline to return his beloved pets to the United States, otherwise, he said, they would be euthanased.



"It's time that Pistol and Boo buggered off back to the United States," Mr Joyce said.
